Nordstrom Anniversary Sale Preview 2021. The Nordstrom Anniversary sale is here! I’m so excited and I know you are too! It’s a sale I’ve been shopping for years! Nordstrom is one of my favorite stores because of their impeccable customer service and they have the cutest stuff! I consider myself an expert on all things Nordstrom- especially the sales because I’ve been covering them for years!
What Is The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale?
The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is different from your typical sale. Normally a sale consists of merchandise that has been in stores for awhile and is now marked down.
For a limited time, Nordstrom puts brand new Fall collection items on sale just for a few weeks. After the sale, items will come out in Fall at full price.
It’s a great time to pick up Fall basics. There are also plenty of things like dresses and shirts that can be worn now. I also love picking up beauty and home items during the sale!
Nordstrom Anniversary Sale Dates To Know
So what does icon, ambassador, and influencer mean? If you have a Nordstrom card you are put in a category based on how much money you spend yearly. So boujee, I know.
Icon: Spends 15k or more in a year
Ambassador: $5k or more a year
Influencer: $2000-$4999 spend in a year
Insider: $500-$1999 spend in a year
The perks of spending more money on your Nordstrom card is that you get to shop the sale earlier. Why does that matter? Because items sell out quickly so you get first dibs.

Top Tips For Navigating The Nordstrom Sale
- Consider getting a Nordstrom card so you can shop the sale first!
- Create a wishlist on the Nordstrom website. This allows for easy and quick “add to bag” when it’s your turn to shop. Trust me you have to move quick!! You want to know what to buy BEFORE it’s your turn to shop the sale so you don’t waste any time.
- A wishlist will also alert you when an item comes back in stock! A lot of people over buy when the sale starts and as returns start trickling in items become available.
- Check the Nordstrom website late at night or early in the morning if you are looking for a restock. This is when I was able to get my fendi sunglasses last year.
- Add your payment method to your Nordstrom account now. You don’t want to waste time tracking down your credit or debit card when it’s time to check out!
- You can place your order online and then pick it up in store or have everything shipped to you. I love that they offer both options.
