Copycat Starbucks Pumpkin Cold Brew. Hello pumpkin cold brew! I want to share how to make your own copycat version of the Starbucks pumpkin cream cold brew – it’s so delicious! This honestly tastes just like theirs and with better ingredients! I use organic ingredients but do whatever is best for you and your budget!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree (NOT pumpkin filling)
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Cold Brew Coffee
This makes about 6 servings of pumpkin cold brew!
This is what I use for my cold brew and pumpkin puree. If you can find a vanilla flavored cold brew it’s perfect because the Starbucks version has vanilla syrup in it. I do not put vanilla syrup in this version b/c it really doesn’t need it! This keeps the drink low calorie and healthier.
How to make pumpkin cold foam top
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree (NOT pumpkin filling)
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Take 1/2 cup water and warm on stove in pot. Add 1/2 cup brown sugar and let simmer for one minute. Add 2 tablespoons of pumpkin puree (do not use pumpkin filling b/c it’s sweet) and 1 teaspoon of pumpkin spice. Mix together. When finished pour the syrup through a strainer.
Throw away the left over portion in the strainer. Now, Mix in 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract to the strained syrup. That’s it!
I recommend cooling this in the fridge and using in the morning!

Now that you made your syrup you can make the Copycat Starbucks Pumpkin Cold Brew! Take out your heavy cream (1 cup) and place it in a mixer (or you can hand mix it). Get it nice and fluffy with small peaks forming.
Next, add your pumpkin vanilla syrup
And mix it together for an additional 1-2 minutes. When you are finished mixing – you will place this foam on the top of your cold brew!
Next, grab a cup and fill it with ice. Pour your cold brew 75% to the top. Top with foam!
Now you can make Starbucks at home!
