One: Take good care of items you already own
Owning everything is not the key to looking like a millionaire, or making you happy. We really take what we have for granted in the United States. We are known for being over the top in other countries (eat too much, spend too much, live in large homes). Let’s take a step back and learn from our European friends.
Less is more. Here are some tips on how to take care of what you already own so you don’t have to buy more!
- Get your clothes dry cleaned without spending money at the dry cleaners. This at home dry cleaning kit is less than $20 and will keep your current wardrobe in tip top shape
- Store your clothing properly so that they last through the years. This product is cheap and efficient and will get the job done!
- Iron your clothes or if you are lazy you have to check this out!
- It’s not necessary to wash denim every time you wear them. Wash them every 5 wears (unless visibly dirty) and this will keep your denim looking good for years!
