It’s really about knowing your body and dressing in what makes you feel confident and pretty. A pretty girl is one who knows who she is and doesn’t care what people think.

How to dress classy: Classic Outerwear
A great piece of outerwear can really take your look from boring to bombshell. Currently wearing a poncho which gives an expensive look. Looking expensive can be easy with my 5 tips Rich Girls Swear by. Focus on splurging on a classic trench coat or peacoat that will last years to come!

Long sleeve mini dresses
So here’s the deal, it’s all about balance. Life is about balance. Eat your veggies and splurge on the cake. Same goes for clothes. Wear the mini dress but find one with long sleeves to achieve balance. A long sleeve mini dress looks sophisticated and classy. That’s what we are going for!

Otk boots with appropriate length dresses
I love a good pair of over the knee boots. The Stuart Weitzman over the knee boots are to die for! It’s just a slippery slope with over the knee boots because you can go from classy to inappropriate real quick. There is a best way to wear otk boots without looking trashy, I recommend you check that out!
In the mean time, find skirts and dresses with a modest hemline to look elegant and put together.

How to Dress Classy: A layered look
I love a layered look! It looks classy and put together. Think Jackie O’ with a chic coat and beautiful blouse. Layering different silhouettes and fabrics makes your look interesting and high fashion. This is perfect for cooler days!

Showing skin with a silhouette
Sometimes you want to show some skin, I get it. I live in Miami, a sexy city that’s hot (yes, I’m talking about weather, no pun intended.) So showing skin is a necessity. There’s just a way to go about it while still looking classy. A cute jumpsuit or dress with cutouts is a great way to show skin without bearing it all.
Just make sure you play to your strengths, if you have a large chest a cut out around the breast area may not be the best choice. Instead, focus on denim shorts and wedges to show off legs!

Fitted dresses can be classy too
A beautifully fitted dress that hugs you in all the right places can make you feel amazing. It can also be classy, if worn correctly. Avoid club dresses during the day and opt for a sweater dress or fitted workwear dress. There’s a place and time for everything. Know when those times are.

Bralette’s not bra straps
Showing bra straps is not cute – nor classy. However, bralettes are feminine and flirty and also trendy with sweaters and blouses. I love having them pop with an off the shoulder top. They are non-offensive and are perfect if you want a little extra sass.

Maxi dresses as a wedding guest
Sometimes I swear that women dress so inappropriately to weddings. It’s never ok to wear a dress that you would wear to a club to a wedding. Skin tight, short dresses are not the way to go! Weddings are elegant affairs and you should dress the part. I love a beautiful maxi dress for a wedding. You can make them boho chic, elegant, or whatever the needs are to fit the theme of the wedding.

Sexy back with a modest fit
As women we love to look pretty (and sometimes sexy). Sexy doesn’t mean you have to wear short, tight clothes. Less is more. I love a dress with an intricate or detailed back. The back of a woman is so pretty and showing it off with cut outs can look beautiful.
