Ruffle me pink: bell-sleeves, studs and everything fun! I am a sucker for a barbie-pink dress and a 70’s bell-sleeve. This dress (found here) is fitted without being “form-fitting”. It’s a mix of a shift dress and a fitted silhouette. For reference, I am wearing a size 2. In my opinion, this dress is considered a classic. While the sleeve is trendy the bodice is simple and the dress is manufactured in solid prints. I feel that dresses with bold prints tend to be less classic and more trendy.
This dress comes in tons of colors- precisely thirteen on the Nordstrom website! They can all be found here. Perfect for any of your upcoming events. I love the white one for a rehearsal dinner and the blue one for a gender reveal party. I will link some similar dresses in the product pictures below. This dress is pricey at 380 and may not be in everyone’s price range.
Pro tip: The colors go on sale! I was able to get this dress for 120 (originally 380). Neiman Marcus and Nordstrom are constantly putting new colors in rotation. Wait for after season sales and seasonal colors will get reduced. Follow me on instagram, as I am very good at announcing when designer dresses go on sale!
Ruffle Details & Red Bottoms
I am a girl that loves shoes and handbags. I would rather spend money on handbags and shoes than anything else (well maybe a vacation or two lol). The shoes I am wearing are the christian louboutin cataclou. I am wearing a size 6 which is my usual size in CL. I don’t feel that the designer runs small. Sometimes I need a 6.5 but I am usually my true size with most of his shoes. If you prefer a smaller heel this shoe does come in a flatform, found here!
