Chambray + White: Casual outfit of the day

Chambray and white is one of my favorite color combinations. It is clean, crisp, and refined. It’s the perfect outfit for spring and summer! Chambray tops also look great with colored jeans, it’s almost like an opposite effect with the denim on top. I was looking through my closet and noticed that I had multiple chambray tops (and multiple pairs of white jeans) Oy vey! It goes to show that I practice what I preach 🙂 I found a very similar top (here), and it’s less than 20! I always try to find tops on sale or for great prices. I prefer to save my money for designer items in handbags, shoes, and dresses. It is kind of funny because I think you get more wear out of a top than a dress but I adore dresses. Dresses make me happy, therefore I like to splurge. There are always new trends happening with shirts and to stay on top of them I prefer to spend less. I usually go for premium designer jeans because they last longer but I found these jeans (here) and love the fit. They are very stretchy which makes them easy to wear. I also like that each size comes in two different lengths. You are covered if you are tall or short! I went for the shorter length and I am 5’5.

I love detail shots because I am obsessed with shoes and handbags. These shoes by Stuart Weitzman are wonderful, they are comfortable and right on trend. This pair is from last season which has a chunkier heel. This exact pair is still availaible at Nordstrom (found here). The ones from this season are thinner. It comes in a high version (here), a very high version (here) and a lower version (here). They come in tons of colors!

I paired this look with the Louis Vuitton speedy in damier azur. This is one of my favorite bags and I use it the most during the summer. I love it with blue and white outfits. It’s the perfect size.
